We are a Sydney-based design and drafting studio working Australia-wide, with our own team in every state. We can coordinate the whole project, from the first planning check to the hand-over to your builder.
One team, every state
Planning rules change at every state border, and often at every council boundary. We work Australia-wide with our own team in every state, so your project is drawn by people who know the local system, whether it is a CDC in NSW, a small second dwelling in Victoria or an R-Codes check in Western Australia. Our studio is in Denistone East, Sydney.
We can coordinate the whole project
Most home projects need more than drawings. We can bring together everything around them:
- Design and drafting. Concept design, planning drawings and building approval sets.
- Surveyor. A detail and level survey, so the design starts from real site information.
- Engineers. Structural, civil and stormwater engineers, briefed early.
- Energy assessor. BASIX in NSW, or a NatHERS rating elsewhere.
- Certifier or council lodgement. We prepare what your certifier, building surveyor or council asks for and help answer questions.
- Builder hand-over. A clear, consistent set your builder can price and build from.
How the remote process works

- We check the planning controls. Zone, lot, overlays and your council's rules, and the likely approval path.
- Concept. Layout options you can review on screen and comment on.
- Drawings. The full set for planning and building approval.
- Lodgement support. We help with the application and any requests for more information.
- Coordination. We keep the consultants and the drawings in step until hand-over.
Most projects run by video call, email and shared drawings, so you do not need to live near Sydney. Recent work includes alterations and additions in Albury NSW, 14 homes across 3 sites in Moree NSW, and a duplex in Derby WA.

Do I need to meet you in person?
No. Most projects run remotely by video call, email and shared drawings. A surveyor visits the site to measure it.
